Never too late for a Merry Christmas - Nunca demasiado tarde para desear Feliz Navidad
I have a very dear friend that puffs when it is time to prepare the house for Christmas. The tree preparation is a real chore..
As I am "Christmas decor mad" I have made a compilation of the best ( and I have left many, many out!) of the xmas on the web.
Teno una amiga muy querida a la que cuando llega el tiempo de decorar la casa para la navidad ..no le gusta para nada. El famoso "arbolito" es una tortura...pero como yo soy una "loca de la Navidad" como dicen por ahi, le dedico este post..aunque una semana despues! Making a wish–Pidiendo un deseo
As every year, when December approaches, I get my stock of home decor magazines, showing all the Christmas deco page after page.
In the Country Living mag, I came across a really sweet article about a lady that delivers groceries by donkey in order to keep alive a very old tradition…needles to say that I want to move there now!
Como todos los años, cuando se aproxima diciembre, me compro mi stock de revistas de decoracion donde pagina tras pagina se muestra lo ultimo en decor navideña.
En la revista County Living ( Vida de Campo) habia un articulo muy dulce donde se comentaba que en un pueblo del sur de Inglaterra hay una señora que hace reparto de almacen en burrito! Ella quiera mantener una tradicion bastante antigua.
Demas esta decir que me quisiera mudar alli ya!!
If I lived in a town where people cycle and walk a lot, I could ask Santa for one of these!
Si viviese en un lugar donde la gente anda en bici y camina mucho podria pedirle a papa noel una de esta!
Maybe one day!
Y bueno, quizas algun dia se me de.

Happy Sunday?.. Feliz domingo..?
I don’t like Sundays..because they are ruined by the thought of going to work on Monday..

No me gustan los domingos porque se arruinan de solo pensar en ir al trabajo el Lunes.. Lo unico que se me viene a la mente es escaparme??
But then I found this.. and they made me smile.. and I decided to have some toast supper and go to bed instead..

Making little purchases, this is my lovely frozen charlotte, her name is Olga. She is only about 6 cm tall. If you don't know what a frozen charlotte is, please click here for a quick explanation
(Haciendo unas compritas, esta es mi bonita muñequita Olga.
Olguita es chiquitita, solo unos 6cm. Es una “frozen Charlotte”. Para los que no lo saben, las frozen charlottes son una muñequitas antiguas (1850 a 1920) inspuradas en el personaje de un poema en el que la niña Charlotte, se nego a abrigarse antes de ir a pasear en su trineo, y murio congelada.!

And deciding that I would love to have the hair like this lady in the Toast catalogue..(though I doubt it will happen as my hair is as straight as straight can be!)
Y tomando la desicion que me gustaria tener el pelo como esta señora en el catalogo de Toast.. aunque dudo que vaya a materializarse ya que mi cabello es super lacio..

Don’t you wish your craft room was….
I have never told you a little something about me.
I love making things with my hands, transforming,recycling, reusing and re-loving textiles and paper.
This is who Le prince Rebelle is.
I can’t tell you any more for now…but what I can tell you is that my craft room is not like this…nice photos aren’t they? hope it doesn’t rain!
